Pigeon Lake Field Station: Registration & check into cabins. Welcoming remarks by staff. Presentation on yarn finger weaving & math (LCO Ojibwe School administrator Dennis White). Supper. Opening presentation on the State of Superior (Bad River Ojibwe tribal member & Northland College faculty Joe Rose, Sr.)

    Weather
    Mostly cloudy with thunderstorms and rain showers in the morning, then partly cloudy with thunderstorms and rain showers. We have about a 40% chance of rain. The high temperature will be around 80F. Winds from the SW at 5 to 15 mph shifting to the WNW in the afternoon.
